How Do I Get To Damascus Virginia?

Damascus is easy to get to from Interstate 81 North or South.
Take Abingdon exit 19. From the south, make a right, from the north make a left, off the Interstate. Go to the next light and go straight on Route 58 for 12 miles. You'll run right in to the Red Caboose at the Town Park if you're not careful! This is the starting point for many of the rides, so take note of this spot. This is also the mid-way (mile 15) point on the Virginia Creeper Trail.
From Boone N.C and Mountain City TN area.
Take 421 North to Mountain City TN., then take Rt. 91 West to Damascus. We are about 1 hour from Boone, NC.

Asheville, NC.: 3 hours I-40W to I-81 N to exit 19 then US 58 East for 12 miles
Knoxville TN: 2.5 hours I-81N to exit 19 then US 58 East for 12 miles
Slatyfork WV : 4.5 hours 219S to 460W to I-77S to I-81S to exit 19 then US 58 East for 12 miles
Bryson City NC: 3 hours I-40W to I-81 N to exit 19 then US 58 East for 12 miles
